Marking his territory in bollywood movie fashion hall of fame is Vishal Anand in his only movie role to date, while his acting skills might be frowned upon, his style especially his rather jazzy shirts brought a smile upon my face and made me cherish him forever
Just like Nazneen (whose outfits we discussed previously) Vishal's opening scene was of him running along the beach in a pair of red swimming trunks, which he pulled off just right and way before Baywatch too if I might add
Way too much going on with that scarf against that shirt, wish he had tossed off that scarf and worn the shirt on its own
I love that check patterned safari style suit and Jacket set he's wearing paired with a bright orange shirt
He seemed to a have a penchant for doggy ear style shirt collars, this grey shirt was my least favourite of all his funky shirts, not because of the collar but because of the rather dull collar and bad fit
Now if only i could get my hands on that silk dressing gown, I love the red paisley design running all over it
Is That a shirt or Blouse, I really don't care because I LOVE it, and I'd love to have it in my wardrobe, dog eared collar and all
Look how that shirt is making him a woman magnet, no surprises at all. See more of this hip shirt in the video below
Loved this canary yellow military style shirt
In yet another Jazzy shirt, couldn't work out the print on this one, looks like horses or reindeers
Fab Shirt, i love that print and the way he's knotted it, seriously I want that shirt like NOW
I WANT THIS ONE TOO, WHY CAN'T MEN'S STORES CARRY MORE SHIRTS LIKE THIS
Not entirely crazy about this one but its still a rather jazzy (or should I say)kitsch shirt none the less
In double denim with a velvet baker boy style hat and bug eye shades, I think he's working it though
In a rather demure shirt in comparison to all the others seen here
While his acting left a lot to be desired, Vishal undoubtedly left a huge impression on me as I was crazy about his jazzy shirt collection, I wish he had done more films where he'd have displayed more of his stylish shirts but perhaps that would have been too much for me to bear, but alas I'll forever remember him for his shirts more so than his acting, not a bad thing I think.
Nazneen (who i know very little about) had her most famous role to date in this 1976 film, where she played Asha the rather stylish Girlfriend of the leading man. She had a rather impressive wardrobe with crop tops, flared trousers, and that oh so famous bikini scene. In fact the first shot of her in this movie features her running along the beach in a 2 piece bikini
Nazneen in her rather Iconic Green bikini scene been serenaded by the hero Vishal Anand in his red swimming trunks
I love how editorial the shots above look, i love the idea of a cropped polka dotted waistcoat with matching red pants accented with white polka dots on the waistband, its all about the details in bollywood
See more of the outfit above as well as Nazneen's bikini in the lovely song 'Jaane Kahaan hai' song from the film
Next up was this typical 60's/70's graphic printed mini dress with a cowl neck line accessorized with minimal jewellery and a chiffon hair scarf/bow, fab ensemble I say
Not a very flattering outfit on her i admit (or perhaps its just the way she's standing) but I loved the idea of pairing a mini dress with flared pants
hello there Gorgeous! I think this is my favourite ensemble of hers from this movie, the white wrap crop top over the pink flares accentuated with that statement ruby ring looks oh so cute on her
I wish there was a full length shot of this, but I'm guessing it was a just above the knee mini dress. Its very minimal and reminds me of something you'd find in a Calvin Klein collection, I love the general styling though from the arm band and silver hoops to the soft make up and up do, trèschic!
I wasn't crazy about this floor length Canary yellow Maxi dress, its a bit too matchy matchy. I see no fabric was wasted, notice the choker is of the same embroidery design as that around the edges of her collar and empire line. See more of this outfit in the video below
I liked the idea of pairing a smartly tailored shirt over a graphic printed Wrap Skirt
Overall she had a rather interesting look, i wasn't completely blown away by all the outfits but they were eye candy enough to warrant a post on here
